Connecting Quality Consultancy Solutions Ltd (CQCS) has worked with a range of healthcare service providers within the public, private and voluntary sector to improve the quality and accessibility of clinical services.

CQCS is able to work with service provider teams to support the analyse of resources, service provision and costs. We then work with teams to identify and scope options for improvements. We will support the implementation of solutions at the request of the client.

CQCS also supports provider organisations to develop bids to win contracts to deliver clinical services. We are able to provide advice and scrutiny, as well as being able to provide a more hands on role.

Our work has included:

• Developing organisational policies for a private healthcare provider.
• Reviewing community nursing services.
• Leading the clinical component of an international bid for a private healthcare organisation.
• Reviewing the staffing needs for a specialist out patient department.
