We can assist your PCT to gain a full understanding of its commissioning strengths and weaknesses before you engage with FESC suppliers. This will ensure that the PCT can target the areas most in need of investment and has the intelligence to lead on negotiations with a FESC supplier.
The team at CQCS has mapped the World Class Commissioning competencies into our commissioning diagnostic tool to help PCTs strengthen commissioning and prepare for the World Class Commissioning assurance framework. Our flexibility means that CQCS can assist you to undertake a stand alone commissioning assessment or support the PCT to examine options to strengthen commissioning and gain stakeholder signup.
